By accessing and using this website ("RoleGraph", a product of "Muechillot Labs"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
  • You agree not to upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  • You retain ownership of any content you upload, but grant "Muechillot Labs" a license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.

2. AI Disclaimer

RoleGraph uses artificial intelligence to analyze and suggest improvements to resumes.

  • Advisory Only: Our recommendations are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee any specific job placement, interview, or salary outcome.
  • Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, AI models can make mistakes. You should always review any generated content before using it in a job application.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Muechillot Labs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

4. Proprietary Rights & Prohibited Use

The AI scoring heuristics, "Digital Twin" logic, and matching algorithms used in RoleGraph are the sole proprietary property of RoleGraph.

4.1 Anti-AI Training Guard

You are strictly prohibited from using any content, analysis, or data generated by RoleGraph to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine learning or artificial intelligence models that compete with RoleGraph.

4.2 Automated Access & Liquidated Damages

Automated scraping, crawling, or systematic data extraction is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized automated access to our AI endpoints will be treated as Enterprise API usage and billed at a rate of ₹10,000 per request. Detection of such activity will result in immediate IP blocking and legal action.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Revisions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
