Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Tier (CHECK)
The CHECK tier is completely free and requires no payment. As such, no refunds are applicable.
2. Paid Tiers (APPLY & APPLY+)
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Before Analysis: If you have not yet initiated an AI analysis on a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- After Analysis: Once an AI analysis has been completed, the service has been rendered and refunds are not available for the analysis portion.
- Technical Issues: If the service fails due to a technical error on our side (e.g., analysis does not complete, system outage during your session), you are entitled to a full refund or a free re-analysis — whichever you prefer.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within seven days of your purchase:

Please include your registered email address and the transaction ID (if available). We will process all valid refund requests within 5-7 business days.
4. Cancellation
RoleGraph ("Muechillot Labs") currently operates on a one-time payment model per analysis. There are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. If we introduce subscription-based pricing in the future, cancellation terms will be updated here.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing support@rolegraph.in with the subject line "Refund Dispute." We will review your case within 48 hours.
6. Governing Law
This refund policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the courts of India.
